Both Les and Norm are now preparing for the 700+ kilometre journey around Cambodia. Total Rush Specialized Bike Shop in Melbourne has donated two super bicycles to use on the ride, along with knicks and tops specially printed for Kampuchea House.

Les has tested his bicycle which replaces his trusty old Giant, a bicycle which has seen better days. Just like Les. And the verdict...a luxury bicycle which is lighter and faster than any of Les' previous bikes.

Norm even had special T-shirts printed for wearing around Siem Reap and when relaxing after each day's ride.

So, it is all go for 5.45AM on Sunday when the boys head to Battambang via Sisophon, a journey of about 180 kilometres.
